Mrs. Herrington has many years of administrative experience in profit and non-profit Montessori schools and traditional schools in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She offers support services to Montessori administrators, educators and non-profit boards to help improve and develop all aspects of the school’s operation. Consultation services include on-site observation of each classroom operation, meeting with staff and other personnel with a follow-up written report based on the observations, making commendations and recommendations. The direct aims are to improve the skills of the staff or office personnel, offer guidance in curriculum development, and improve parent education or to start up new schools or programs. She also offers assistance in developing three or five year strategic plans for school organizations.
Services are based on a per hour basis or daily rate.
